রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

• (১) অর্ডারকৃত সকল ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর, রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন এর জন্য আবেদন করা যাবেনা।
• (২) অর্ডারকৃত ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট যদি ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় থাকে তবে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য হবে, অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও থাকতে হবে। প্রোডাক্ট যদি স্টকে না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে অন্যথায় এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেওয়া হবে।
• (৩) অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি যদি উল্লিখিত বিবরণের সাথে সামাঞ্জস্যতা না থাকে এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• (৪) ক্রেতা যদি রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার করার সময় হতে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
• (৫) রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• (৬) ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

Refund and Returns Policy

• (1) Once all digital products ordered have been successfully delivered, refunds or returns cannot be applied for.
• (2) Returns apply if physical product ordered is in damaged condition, must include unboxing video. Refund will be applicable if the product is out of stock otherwise exchange will be done.
• (3) If the product ordered does not conform to the specified description and fails to be delivered within the stipulated time, refund will be applicable.
• (4) If the buyer is considered for a refund, the refund must be applied for within 24 hours from the time of ordering.
• (5) 7 to 10 working days will be applicable for the refund.
• (6) In case of refund the fee / charge by the bank has to be borne by the buyer.
